Solinas Integrity has appointed Gangapriya Chakraverti, India Site Head and Managing Director of Ford Business Solutions, as an Independent Director, strengthening the company’s leadership and governance as it enters its next phase of growth.
With more than three decades of experience across leadership, organisational development and large-scale operations, Gangapriya currently leads Ford’s Global Business Services centre in Chennai, an organisation of more than 12,000 employees.
Her appointment reflects Solinas’ evolution from an IIT Madras-incubated deep-tech startup into a growing infrastructure technology company, with expanding operations across India and international markets. It is expected to further strengthen the company’s focus on corporate governance, organisational scale and long-term growth.
